Trasy Rincan: Hey everyone, my name is Trasy Rincan here with Tracy Walker the Internet marketing social media expert.
Tracey Walker: Thank you Trasy.
Trasy: Yes.
Tracey: We are namesakes.
Trasy: We have the same name.
Tracey: Yep.
Trasy: We are here at the More Heart Than Talent, sponsored by Jeffrey Combs and I am here to interview her. So, a couple questions. For all you people that are in network marketing and have not brought it to the Internet, what are some of the benefits of bringing it online Tracey?
Tracey: Well one of the main reasons that I brought my business online was for leverage purposes. If you have an international company then to be able to plant seeds internationally should be very, very important. It allows you to reach a further distance and connect with people that you otherwise wouldn’t have the ability to connect with. That is one reason – leverage. The second reason is it allows you to create separate personal branding for yourself so you can emerge as a leader, as a sponsor, and as someone others feel can help them achieve their goals. So those are the two main reasons why.
Trasy: What got you into network marketing Tracey?
Tracey: Oh goodness. Long story short, I have a real estate background and the market started to do some crazy, crazy stuff as we all know, back in ‘06 and our income was significantly affected by that and I was introduced to network marketing and that was a way I used to supplement my current income. Now it has grown to a point where I do this full-time, and my husband does our real estate full-time.
I love it, I love coaching, I love teaching, I love helping, I love people and we are a coaching and teaching business so it fits what I felt I could work with as far as my strengths.
Trasy: Great, great intro. I am so excited. Anyways. So as far as bringing your business online, what type of systems should people…why is it important to have a system in place to actually generate leads online and start to prospect, start to call your leads. Why is it important to have a system?
Tracey: It is very important because, as with anything… Our bodies are a system. We are not chaotic by nature. Your car is a system. Your job is a system. And the reason why people can do well in different systems is because that system must have been proven to work at some point in time. So with a business it is really no different. You have to have a structured plan of action for how you are going to do something. So you first have to identify what it is that you want, who it is that you want, and how you are going to go after them. And by having a system to put that on autopilot that will help you automate your business because network marketing again is about leverage. So the sooner you can create leverage for yourself the soon you can apply the law of numbers and then you begin to increase, your team beings to increase, and that residual seems to be more realistic than out in the distance. Systems are the way the world works so to have one for a business is a no-brainer.
Trasy: Great answer, oh my gosh. Well any other tips or anything like that for the Internet marketer to make 2010 their year?
Tracey: Sure. I think as Internet marketers or network marketers or a combo of both, which I think I am, a hybrid mix or something. The whole thing with succeeding in your business is really inside. I know you may have heard people say that a lot, but at the end of the day there is nothing that is happening outside of you that is stopping you from doing what you need to do. It’s all inside and when you can resonate with what is happening inside and project that outside then that is what will attract other people to you. And when you can influence and draw people to you from a network marketing perspective that is where you value comes into play.
So begin to give more value, continue to read, continue to watch YouTube videos, articles, network with people on social media, and just always learn to be the expert. You have to be the expert. So whatever you don’t know go learn it, go figure it out, package it up, and then go teach it to other people because the same thing can be told two different ways and you will find someone who sees it your way.
Trasy: Right.
Tracey: And that is the beauty of this business.
Trasy: Yes. Well thank you so much Tracey.

Hi. pleasant info on MLM Leads. I saw your good blog while exploring google. For the last few days I have been trying to learn more.
